The product in the form of liquid must be returned to Seller (Healthbuddy) with proper packing.

Products being returned should be in good condition otherwise it will not be accepted by the Seller.

The product that is in unsealed/opened/used condition.

Undergarments as this category is excluded from our general return policy due to hygiene reasons.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link/button.

You will be able to cancel an order till the time it is dispatched from the seller. In case you are unable to cancel an order from the app or website, you can reject the order at doorstep.

Pharmacy: Pharmacy means an independent retailer working as Retail Chemists & Druggists and holds a valid license to operate as Retailer under the provisions of Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940 and rules there under and also holds other required licenses and registration under the provisions of applicable laws, hereinafter also referred as Sellers.

Lab: Lab means independent pathology lab having valid license/registration/NOC to operate as Pathology under the provisions of Clinical Establishment Act and other laws.

Language of the Terms

The terms are incorporated herein in English language and AGTFC Health does not provide you with a translation of the English language version of the Terms and if there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Terms says and what a translation says, then the English language version shall take precedence.

By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

Applicable laws
