Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3500 in Tamilnadu and Pondicherry .
There will be a shipping charge of other state Rs. 50 to 500 based on Weight
COD (cash on delivery) service will not be available as per logistics partner capability
Refund against Return
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers can choose to get their refund on Return(s) through one of the below options. The refund shall be initiated within 5 days from the date of return pickup.
Refund credited to the Bank Account entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request. In case of transaction failure due to invalid bank account details, AGTFC+ reserves the right to refund the amount to the AGTFC Wallet of the customer.
Refund credited to the AGTFC+ Wallet in the form of eGift Cards (if issued AGTFC). Detailed Terms and Conditions of the wallet are provided here.
Refund credited to the Bank Account associated with the UPI ID entered by the customer at the time of initiating the return request.
In case the payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or Third Party Wallet, you may get the refund within 7 to 15 working days. Kindly note that there may be delays in refund as they're handled by the AGTFC.

Refund Policy
If you want to return the product, you can return us within 7days from the date of delivery as Shipping & Return policy.
Once your returned item is received by AGTFC Essentials, your refund or new item will be processed.
